Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
4.2 Account Verification (KYC). mmc966 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Member at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Documents typically required include government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address (dated within three months), and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, in persistent cases, account closure.
4.3 One Account Per Member. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account with mmc966. If duplicate accounts are identified, mmc966 reserves the right to close all but the earliest registered account and to void any bonus credits, transactions, and winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.
4.4 Account Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. mmc966 will attempt to notify the Member by email prior to applying any dormancy administration. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the current fee schedule, available on request.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mmc966 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and approved cryptocurrency channels (Bitcoin/BTC, USDT). Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM50 (MYR 50). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to a Member's Account. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may require additional verification.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM (Malaysian Time, UTC+8) on a business day will generally be processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after this cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day. Standard processing time is one to three business days from the date of approval.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM100 (MYR 100). Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. mmc966 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
5.5 Withdrawal Method Consistency. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and to protect Member funds. Where a matched withdrawal is not possible, mmc966's compliance team will provide guidance on alternative procedures.
5.6 Currency. All Account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to MYR-based transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives offered by mmc966 are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms disclosed in the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times in eligible games before any associated winnings become available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is specified in each bonus offer. Wagers placed on games with an RTP above 97% may contribute at a reduced rate toward satisfying wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits and any associated pending wagering requirements expire fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus credits and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the Account without notice.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. mmc966 employs active monitoring for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal exposure, and collusion between members. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, mmc966 reserves the right to void all related bonuses and winnings, close the implicated accounts, and recover any funds already withdrawn.
6.5 Referral Programme. Members who participate in the mmc966 referral programme agree that referral bonuses will be credited only once the referred individual has completed registration, submitted satisfactory KYC documentation, and made a qualifying first deposit. Self-referral — including referring fictitious persons or creating secondary accounts — is prohibited.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the mmc966 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, as published within the game interface. 7.3 Void Bets. Voided bets are refunded in full to the Member's Account balance.
7.4 Malfunction. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects game outcomes, mmc966 reserves the right to declare the affected round(s) void and refund all wagers. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. mmc966's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mmc966 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 mmc966 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, governmental action, war, terrorism, industrial action, or telecommunications or internet infrastructure failure.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit mmc966's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 Termination by mmc966. mmc966 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity; or any other circumstance that mmc966 reasonably considers warrants account action.
12.2 Termination by Member. Members may close their Account at any time by contacting the mmc966 support team via live chat or email. Following account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method after completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus credits are forfeited upon account closure.
12.3 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mmc966 is registered and licensed to operate.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and mmc966, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to an independent arbitration body as designated by mmc966's licensing authority. mmc966's decision on all gaming outcomes, bonus calculations, and account matters made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms shall be considered final unless overturned through a formal arbitration process.
